Construction at The Alfred has reached another important milestone, with piling works now underway in Woody Point. The arrival of the piling rig marks the first major stage of construction and represents a significant step in bringing this landmark bayside development to life.

While much of this activity takes place below ground, piling is one of the most critical phases of the construction process. These deep structural foundations provide the strength and stability required to support the building as it begins to emerge above ground.
