Construction at Fable by Rogerscorp is moving ahead quickly, with noticeable progress both inside and outside the homes. Over 30% of the town and terrace homes are nearly finished on the inside, with flooring, tiling, joinery, and fixtures being installed. These homes are beginning to reflect the quality and attention to detail that defines Fable, bringing us closer to delivering comfortable and well-designed living spaces.

Externally, the site is transforming as scaffolding is coming down, brick laying has started, and internal roads are being poured. These developments are giving the community a more complete and polished look. The final homes in Stage 2 are also taking shape, with the structures now in place and moving steadily towards completion.

Landscaping is making headway as well, adding a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings. The feature palm has been installed in the communal amenities area, serving as a focal point for the shared spaces. Construction of the fire pits and dining pavilion is also progressing, enhancing the community atmosphere that will make Fable a welcoming and vibrant place to live.
