We’re pleased to share the latest progress from site, with key milestones now taking shape across both Stage 1 and Stage 2.

In Stage 1, townhouse framing is well underway, with some structures now reaching full height as we prepare for roof installation. Ground floor slabs have been poured, and all underground services are in place, ready for connection as works continue.

Meanwhile, Stage 2 has reached a major milestone with the building platform and retaining walls now complete. Despite recent wet weather, earthworks are progressing steadily to keep the project moving forward.
