"Marc and I initially wanted to purchase property in Everton Park, as it’s the suburb we have lived in since moving to Brisbane and love the convenience of all the amenities nearby, including the wonderful restaurants and walking tracks. Similarly, we find it so easy to access our favourite spots in the city.

Choosing to purchase within the FABLE development was an easy decision for us, as the townhouses give us the room we need and provides us with wonderful facilities such as the pool, but without the added responsibility of upkeeping a bigger property.

Kelly was so easy to deal with throughout the purchasing process, even driving across town in the late afternoon to assist us in signing the contracts with short notice.
