Progress continues at Wirra Estate, with a number of key milestones now achieved as we shape this future community in the heart of Labrador.

The stormwater detention tanks have been successfully installed — an important step in ensuring responsible water management throughout the estate. Bulk earthworks are also in full swing, transforming the terrain in preparation for the built form to follow.

Essential infrastructure connections are now underway across the site, including sewer, stormwater, and water — laying the groundwork for the homes and communal amenities to come.

Looking ahead, construction will soon move to the perimeter retaining wall, with the first townhouse slabs expected to be poured next month.
