CONSTRUCTION AT WIRRA ESTATE CONTINUES TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS

Construction at Wirra Estate continues to progress at an exciting pace, with significant milestones now achieved across the development as the vision for this exclusive coastal community comes to life.

One of the most significant milestones has been the completion of structural framing across the homes, with all main roofs now installed. This achievement marks an important stage in the construction progress, allowing works to continue internally while external infrastructure progresses simultaneously.

Inside, overall progress has pushed through the halfway mark, with the installation of internal plasterboard sheeting now complete across all townhouses. Tiling, joinery and painting are now more than 50% complete, as timber flooring continue to be installed, alongside the progressive fit-off of lighting, fixtures, air-conditioning and stone benchtops, bringing each residence a step closer to completion.

Beyond the homes themselves, attention is turning to the spaces that will shape everyday life at Wirra Estate. Ground preparation for driveways and pathways is well underway, with concrete pavements now being constructed throughout the neighbourhood.
