CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS CONTINUES AS WE MOVE CLOSER TO SETTLEMENTS

Construction continues to move forward across the community as the homes and shared spaces begin to take shape.

Significant progress has been made throughout the site in recent months. The residents’ amenities are now starting to emerge, with the resort-style pool recently poured on site. This milestone marks an important step in bringing the shared spaces of the community to life.

Across the residences, more than half of the homes have now reached the interior fitout stage. Plastering, internal painting, cabinetry installation, stone benchtops and tiling are all underway as the homes move closer to completion. The remaining residences are progressing steadily behind, with external brickwork, cladding, framing and roofing currently being finalised.

Work is also continuing across the broader estate. Inground services are being installed throughout the community, alongside council verge works and footpath construction as the surrounding streetscape begins to take shape.

Together, these milestones represent another important step forward as the estate continues to evolve into a thoughtfully designed residential community.

LOOKING AHEAD TO SETTLEMENTS

With construction progressing well across the estate, we can now share the current anticipated settlement timeframe to assist with planning.

Settlements are presently expected between late Q3 and early Q4 2026. As this period approaches, further updates will be provided regarding practical completion, property inspections and settlement preparation to ensure a smooth process for all future residents.
